Returns and Exchanges

Order Cancellation:

For any cancellations please fill in the cancellation form below as soon as possible, if the item(s) have been despatched still fill in the order cancellation form to notify us of your expected return and then see the refund section below to guide you on returning the unwanted item(s).

Returning a faulty item:

If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please email us at: shop@port-vale.co.uk explaining the issues, providing images where possible. 
Return the item with proof of purchase and we will exchange it.

If the fault occurs after 30 days, we will look to repair before replacing the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 


Exchanges because we made a mistake:

Please notify us within 24hrs of receiving your item(s).

Please include images of the items you have recieved in the email to shop@port-vale.co.uk 

Please return the item immediately. Once the item has arrived and been inspected, we will dispatch the correct item and will refund any postage costs incurred as a result; postal receipts will need to be provided.

Refunds:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 28 days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. Please note you will be responsible for the postage costs to sending this back to us within the 28 day returns period. If the item is faulty then we will refund the originl postage price. If the return is for any other reason then the original postage will not be refunded. Items must be returned in their as new condition with the original packing and swing tags in place otherwise the refund may be refused. We are unable to exchange or refund customised printed shirts or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. Returns should be marked for the attention of:

We would advise that you send the goods by Royal Mail Special Delivery as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty. Postal charges for the return of exchanges are charged as shown in our delivery section; every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct.

The refund and returns policy is extended for Christmas to the 10th January.

Please note, we do not accept returns on sales items.
